Geogspace
The Australian Geography Teachers' Association website: Geogspace has some very useful resources for planning Geography units in line with the Australian Curriculum.
There are two main parts to the website: Core Units and Support Units.
The core units have resources for planning units of work for each year level, with teacher background information about the key understandings and skills for each year level and how these progress throughout the school, as well as exemplar units that can be useful models for your own units.
The Support Units are professional learning episodes/units for teachers to undertake to build a better understanding of geographical concepts and teaching and learning.
